Three examples of how I turn scattered information, missing systems and undefined opportunities into practical structures that people can use.

01PRODUCT SYSTEMS / AUTOMATION
Marketing SheetSell + Specification Sheet
PRODUCT DATA · INFORMATION DESIGN
Turn scattered product facts into reusable intelligence.
The problem
Product information lived across separate files, inboxes and departments. Every new request required another round of searching, checking and manual formatting.
What I saw
The issue was not a lack of data. It was the absence of a dependable structure connecting that data to the people and documents that needed it.
What I built
An Excel-based product database with linked records and repeatable marketing, sales and operations outputs. That working system later became the foundation for the Product Intelligence Platform™.
The impact
A product specification sheet that once took roughly 30 minutes to assemble could be generated in seconds—while improving consistency across downstream materials.
PORTFOLIO RECONSTRUCTION · FICTIONAL PRODUCT AND COMPANY DATA
Company news, employee recognition and useful organizational information needed a more consistent home than one-off messages could provide.
What I saw
Internal communication works best when it is recurring, useful and human—something employees can recognize as being designed for them.
What I built
I conceived, wrote and designed Inspirations, an employee magazine, while also contributing to newsletters, company-wide email correspondence and broader marketing communications.
The impact
The work established a branded editorial framework for bringing company information, people and culture into one coherent communication experience.

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION · GROUP SALES
Build the function while learning the function.
The starting point
I entered group sales without a sales background, an established playbook or meaningful infrastructure supporting the function.
What I saw
The opportunity required more than selling. It needed a repeatable system for understanding client needs, structuring access, managing accounts and demonstrating ongoing value.
What I built
I developed the group-sales operation through pricing and proposals, account coordination, usage reporting, renewals and retention—building the process while actively running it.
The impact
The function grew from an undefined opportunity into an established group-sales division that generated more than $1 million in revenue while maintaining a 77% group renewal retention rate.
